Business Idea

Nilsson Special Vehicles produce specialised vehicles according to customer’s specific requirements within the main industries of pre-hospital healthcare, funeral services and Limousine services. Moreover, the company offers financing solutions through external partners, facilitate service agreements with the OEM-workshops, support workshops with technical services as well as spare parts and also deals with used cars. The company intends to be able to meet the customer’s needs of alternative forms of transportation within the respective segment.


Our vision is to be able to meet each customer’s needs in terms of transport solutions, i.e. a partner for long-term solutions to facilitate the customer’s car ownership.


Our goal is to become the preferred supplier for transportation within the special vehicles sector based on function, reliability and total cost of ownership. Our strategic goal is to develop and broaden the product range within existing product categories in order to expand beyond today’s main markets.

Business Model

Nilsson leads and directs all strategic matters, production, product development, marketing and sales. Sales outside of Sweden and Norway are done through external partners. The main office, situated in Laholm, is the core of the company where all our competences are centralised. Nilsson, as well as its employees, follow the Code of Conduct set up by the United Nations: The 10 UN principles of Human Rights, Work Environment, Labour Law, Environment and Anti-Corruption.
